Tricky Ricky is a familiar face around many communities in the Highlands. And Jamie was one of the group of children who enjoyed this travelling performer's unique Magic's Magic! day, organised as a part of the Highland Council's programme of summer activities during the school holidays in 2002.

Jamie was so inspired by the fun of his day with Tricky Ricky that he came home and organised his own magic show to perform when he went to visit his Nan a few weeks later.
