17 Jan 2004 - The Jamie Weekend continues with fun for all the family
The second day of the Jamie Weekend saw a programme of family events in the Carr-Bridge Village Hall including stalls, games, a children's art competition and other activities, a community lunch followed by an uproarious auction of highly-desirable items donated for the benefit of the Jamie Fund.
The theme of the children's art competition was "Draw a picture to make us smile" and the winner's for each class were chosen by a special guest committee of six members of the Dale family.

With the events of Friday evening and Saturday combined, the activities of the Jamie Weekend raised a total of approximately £2300, taking the overall amount in the Fund to over £5000, for the benefit of young people in and around Carr-Bridge.
